Description:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring an experienced Desktop App Engineer to join its cloud infrastructure operations team in Hyderabad. In this infrastructure engineering and modern workplace management role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end user and device lifecycle management. Your day-to-day focus will involve designing, implementing, and supporting Windows 365 (W365) Cloud PC environments alongside leading Windows Autopilot zero-touch provisioning for enterprise device onboarding. You will administer Microsoft Intune to configure compliance baselines, handle application deployments, secure endpoints with Conditional Access, and partner with internal security teams to manage certificate-based authentication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or an equivalent technical undergraduate degree.
• 4 to 10 years of professional hands-on IT infrastructure experience specializing in workplace automation, modern device management, and enterprise desktop engineering.
• Proven mastery over Microsoft Intune for setting device compliance parameters, configuring profiles, and scaling remote software distribution.
• Hands-on experience engineering Windows Autopilot infrastructure for zero-touch deployments and managing virtualized desktop infrastructure via Windows 365.
• Strong operational knowledge of user and device object structures inside Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including configuring Conditional Access policies, multi-factor setups, and aligning with enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams during large M365 cloud migrations, infrastructure rollouts, or hardware lifecycle refresh cycles.
• Broader infrastructure experience inside Microsoft Azure cloud components.
